Made for you.
Clear from the start.
Your interiors are made to the specification you choose. Here’s how to check your order, make changes before checkout and understand what happens if something is wrong.
Before you
place your order.
Check every piece in the review page: shape, dimensions, core or cover measurement basis, orientation, filling, finish and quantity. Use Edit to reload the current choices and make changes before checkout.
Keep a copy of your order reference and specification so you can compare the finished pieces with what you ordered.
Made to
your measurements.
For interiors made correctly to your custom dimensions, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds because you entered the wrong measurements or selected a feel you later prefer to change.
The usual online cooling-off cancellation right generally does not apply to goods made to a customer’s specifications. This is different from your rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet your statutory rights.
If something
isn’t right.
If your interiors arrive damaged, appear faulty or do not match the agreed specification, your statutory rights still apply. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.
Keep your reference and identify the affected piece. Explain what is wrong and include clear photographs and measurements where relevant. A manufacturing error is different from a customer measurement error.
Do not alter the affected item while the issue is being assessed. Original packaging and photographs can help explain the problem, but they are not conditions that remove your statutory rights.
Changing an order
after payment.
Making a change after payment is different from editing a basket. It depends on whether work has started and whether the requested change can still be made.
Do not assume a change or cancellation has been accepted until it has been confirmed. Quote your order reference and explain which piece and specification you want to change.
