Can I replace just one cushion?
Of course. Start with one piece and add matching copies only if you need them.
Do I need new covers?
Our interiors are made for the covers you want to keep. Check for a usable zip or opening and sound fabric and seams. Fibre and hybrid interiors include an inner casing, not a new decorative cover.
Can I edit a piece before checkout?
Use Edit in your basket or review page. Your current settings load into the configurator, so you can change the detail without starting again.
What should I include if I need help with an order?
Keep your order reference handy and identify the piece you mean. For a size or quality concern, include the ordered dimensions, what you received and clear photographs showing the issue. Never include payment-card details.
