Our launch delivery area is mainland Great Britain. Northern Ireland and offshore islands are outside this delivery area.
Delivery availability and any postcode restrictions need to be confirmed before payment. Please do not assume every mainland postcode has the same delivery service or charge.

Delivery is separate from the cushion price. The final charge and available service must be shown before payment, so you can review the complete total.
Made-to-measure preparation and the courier journey are separate stages. Check the stated dispatch estimate and delivery estimate for your order; a dispatch date is not an arrival date.
Review the delivery information presented with your order before paying. If you need your cushions for a particular date, check the estimates before placing the order.
When your
order arrives.
- Unpack carefully. Open outer packaging without cutting into the cushion interiors.
- Check the pieces. Compare the shapes, dimensions, filling, finishes and quantities with your order details.
- Keep a record if something is wrong. Note your order reference and photograph any damage or discrepancy, including the packaging where relevant.
- Keep the packaging while a problem is assessed. Do not cut, modify or discard the affected interior before the issue has been reviewed.
Reporting a delivery issue does not reduce your statutory rights.
